2. Scope These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on leteindienthelabel.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in full.

3. Products Product descriptions and prices are displayed on the website. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, though products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock issue or suspected fraud.

5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

6. Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. 8. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

9. Applicable Law & Disputes These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. In the event of a dispute, customers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
