Parcel agencies usually deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Although we use all possible means to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified times, during busy periods it may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times are always approximate, although L'ete Indien The Label tries to adhere to them as much as possible, there may be cases in which these are not strictly followed. Delivery times may be affected in times of high sales volume such as Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, Summer Holidays... as well as national holidays, adverse weather conditions or causes external to the brand directly related to the service of messaging.

L'ete Indien The Label therefore does not guarantee delivery on date in these cases and is not responsible for incidents caused by courier companies if any.

    SHIPMENT TRACKING

    As soon as your order is marked as "Sent", you will receive an email with the tracking number, where you can track the shipment from the carrier's website.

    For international shipments , since the order was marked as "Shipped", the email with the tracking number may take up to 48 hours to be received.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    We are sorry you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

    If you want to issue a return or exchange, please email hello@leteindienthelabel.com for further instructions.

    Returns must be delivered to our e-commerce warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

    Items purchased on sale or from past collections are FINAL SALE and  not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.

    Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days - deducting the shipping + customs/duties cost. 

    You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

    CUSTOMS AND TAXES

    Products to be shipped may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to the customs laws or regulations of the destination country. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the products and must pay any additional charges. These include import duties, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply. If you order products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they will need to cover this before ordering.

    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance in these processes. We recommend that you check the applicable import charges in any country before ordering.

    Because you will be the importer of all international deliveries of the products, it is your responsibility to verify that the ordered products comply with the import rules and regulations of the country of destination, and that there are no requirements or restrictions that may affect the receipt of the product. order.     ORDER CANCELLATION

    As long as your order has not yet been packed in the warehouse and/or has not left our facilities, you can cancel part or all of the items in your order. Otherwise, the order will be marked as managed and cannot be cancelled.

    Remember that the refund may take a few hours to become effective.
